doesn’t have any cap on earnings or expiration dates for points accumulated. A cardholder can choose cashback or travel, and new cardholders can earn double reward points for the first six months from the opening of their account. Redemption for points is offered starting at 7,500 on most major airlines with no seat restrictions or blackout dates.

The HSBC Premier World MasterCard also provides a former variety of benefits including cashback, credits toward airline ticket purchasing, vacation packages, and the ability to choose major airlines with no seat restrictions or blackout dates.

Additional benefits of all three HSBC credit cards include no foreign transaction fees that are made in foreign currencies, and rental insurance coverage, travel assistance services, and 24/7 assistance for emergency cash, card replacement, and other emergency services. The HSBC Premier World MasterCard comes with concierge services.

Annual Percentage Rates and Fees

Rates and fees attached to the HSBC credit cards are reasonable. The HSBC Premier World MasterCard comes with a 12.99% APR on purchases and balance transfers. The HSBC Platinum MasterCard with Cash or Fly Rewards comes with a 0% APR introductory rate on balance transfers and purchases for the first year. Afterward, variable APR is of 12.99%, 16.99% or 22.99%, depending on your credit history and credit worthiness. The HSBC Platinum MasterCard also offers a 0% introductory annual percentage rate on balance transfers and credit card purchases for 15 months following the opening of your account. After that, the variable APR of 12.99%, 16.99% or 22.99% applies.

Annual fees

One of the best perks regarding HSBC credit cards is that none of them charge annual fees. HSBC Bank offers some good cards that are catered to personal, business, or corporate usage, depending on spending habits, travel frequency, and need.
